Except for a couple of small issues, I think I could have written that. To put it another way, we have gone to Hell in a hand-basket. Our dollar, once the World's standard, is shrinking every day. I believe now, more than ever, in the ideology of that great american...Teddy Roosevelt. America, right or wrong, is still the greatest. We need to stop being the World's police and take care of our own problems.
ReplyDeleteI would agree 100% with The words Ken Huber put down and I might add I see this country as a Republic that has changed to a Democracy. Just after the completion and signing of the Constitution, in reply to a woman's inquiry as to the type of government the Founders had created, Benjamin Franklin said, "A Republic, if you can keep it." Not only have we failed to keep it, most don't even know the difference between the two.
